ABOUT GGSD
The GGSD is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political group of medical and non-medical persons interested in research projects and launching educational programs related to diabetes care in Gulf Countries.
The GGSD represents its members at Gulf level, working to improve and prolong the lives of people with diabetes.
The Gulf Group for the Study of Diabetes (GGSD) was founded on 20th January 2000 by a group of Endocrinologist from the different Gulf Countries. Their main aim was to formulate a group, which would organize different activities in the field of Diabetes Mellitus.

Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of Gulf Group Study of Diabetes, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the attendees, speakers, industry partners and distinguished guests.
We are thrilled to bring together experts and researchers from the fields of diabetes and cardiology to discuss the latest advances and challenges in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of diabetes and its related cardiovascular complications.
This conference aims to provide a platform for exchanging knowledge and ideas, exploring innovative approaches, and promoting collaborations among professionals in the Gulf region and beyond.
We hope that this conference will be an enriching experience for all participants and allow to integrate into the network of diabetes and cardiovascular care and understanding its implications and challenges collectively.
